Welcome to HeroParty! By using our service, you agree to these terms. They’re here to protect both of us—and to make sure everyone understands how things work around here.

1. Minimum Age Requirement

HeroParty is designed for users aged 16 and older. If you're under 16, please don’t use the service. If you're a parent or guardian and believe your child has used HeroParty without permission, contact us and we’ll delete their account.

2. Your Data, Your Rights

You own the data you provide to HeroParty. Whether it’s uploads, emails, or onboarding answers—your data remains yours. We process it only to generate insights for you.

You can delete your account and data at any time through your settings or by contacting us.

3. Your Content, Our License to Help

You’re responsible for the content you upload or share with HeroParty. By doing so, you confirm that you have the legal right to share it.

You grant us a limited license to process that content with our technology—for the sole purpose of delivering insights and features designed for you.

4. AI-Powered Insight Disclaimer

HeroParty uses AI models to interpret your data. These models may generate summaries, predictions, or recommendations—but they do not constitute professional advice (financial, legal, medical, or otherwise).

You are responsible for how you use the information we provide.

5. Subject Access Requests (SARs) & IP Protection

If you submit a SAR under GDPR or similar privacy laws, we’ll provide you with your raw personal data—such as original files or emails.

However, any insights, classifications, or summaries generated by HeroParty’s systems are our intellectual property and may not be included in your SAR.

6. Product Recommendations & Bias

HeroParty may occasionally highlight relevant products or trends. These are generated without bias and intended to be helpful.

If we ever include sponsored content, it will be clearly labeled. We believe in transparency over manipulation.

7. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban accounts that:

• Abuse the service or violate our terms
• Attempt to access data they don’t own
• Use HeroParty to target, stalk, or harass others

If we detect abusive behavior—including attempts to extract personal data about others—we will take action to protect users and permanently revoke access.

8. Account Security

You’re responsible for keeping your login credentials safe. If you think your account has been compromised, let us know immediately. We’ll never ask for your password.

9. Limitation of Liability

HeroParty is offered “as is.” We work hard to maintain the service, but we can’t promise perfection.

To the extent allowed by law, HeroParty and its team are not liable for indirect damages or losses, including data loss, revenue loss, or service interruptions. You agree not to pursue individual members of our team with legal claims related to the platform.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll notify you clearly. You’ll always be able to review the latest version on this page.
